Just for fun, I had a look at the
weatherbase web site at lunch
time. In particular the average inches of precipitation per year
... What a surprise ! I've choosen 6 cities, that I've separated
into two groups: the most rainy and the less ones:

Honestly, is that what you expected ?
Subsidiary question: is there another criteria that
classifies the 6 cities the same way ? I can see two different
answers. Clue: Bastien doesn't like hiking in the rain
